Great Wall of Frankston protest goes to VCAT

Our community groups are challenging Frankston City Council at VCAT for their approval of a 14 storey high-rise development. The proposed site is on the Waterfront Precinct running alongside the Kananook Creek and within 200m of the coastline.

A building of this magnitude is likely to set a precedent for more, and this will not only change the valued beachside character but will create a barrier between Frankston’s prized waterfront assets and its city centre.
