Next Sunday 6th November the KCA is running a land and water based ’clean up the creek day’ in Seaford. We will be meeting behind the community centre in Seaford Village. The morning will start at 9.30 and we’ll have a sausage sizzle afterwards from around 11.30. The weather forecast looks pretty promising, so it would be great to see a good turn out of locals, both young and old.
Year 5 and 6 students at Seaford North PS have drawn up some posters to advertise the day. This was part of an environmental awareness project that they undertook last semester.
I look forward to seeing you there on SUNDAY 6th November, 9.30 behind the Seaford Community Centre, just off STATION STREET, SEAFORD. Please remember the usual drill of suitable walking shoes, gloves and sun protection. Children are most welcome but do need to have adult supervision.
