It’s just about time for our Annual General Meeting. That means we are also looking for people interested in serving on the Association’s committee over the next year. Essentially that involves attending monthly meetings for a couple of hours and a bit of related behind the scenes work. This could be delivering newsletters, attending the occasional meeting with Council Officers, helping organise events (working bees, bbq’s). Essentially these duties are nothing too onerous and are rewarding.
The Kananook Creek is an important community asset and is becoming more widely recognised.
