Frankston City Council Draft Environment Strategy

Have your Say – FCC Draft Environment Strategy – Greening our Future

Following an extensive development and consultation process, Frankston City Council now invites members of the public to review and submit feedback on its draft Environment Strategy 2014-2024.

The Strategy provides an overarching framework for preserving and protecting the environment of Frankston City for the next decade. The development of this strategy has been through the collaboration of Council and the Community, in particular the Frankston Environment Advisory Committee.

A copy of the draft Strategy can be downloaded from Council’s website (www.frankston.vic.gov.au/Have_Your_Say), or can be viewed in hard copy at Council outlets or by contacting Council’s Environment Department on 1300 322 322.

Members of the community are able to submit their written feedback by the closing date 23 June 2014, via one of the following pathways:

Council will also hold a community forum to discuss the draft Strategy on Tuesday 3 June, 7:00 pm – 9:00pm. This forum is being held at the Brotherhood of St Laurence, 24-26 High St, Frankston (parking is also available at the rear of the buildings by entering from Nolan St).
