POSTPONED – Special Planting Day Wednesday 21st June

Update ***The special planting day scheduled for Wednesday 21st July has been postponed due to extended Covid-19 restrictions.

Thank you to volunteers who responded. We hope to have a rescheduled planting day in the near future and we look forward to seeing you then.

Although we are unable to meet at present, we can continue to enjoy the reserves and the wonderful walking trails. What a great asset they are, especially during Covid times.

Stay Warm, Stay Safe. ***

running postmanThe KCA are pleased to support our Council Reserves Ranger, Pat Murphy, for a special planting session along the new Bike Path constructed by LXRP north of Seaford RSL .

All plants have been propagated by the Frankston Indigenous Nursery and sourced from locally indigenous plants.

We just need some enthusiastic community volunteers to help Pat, our Council Reserves Ranger to get these plants safely in the soil while conditions are ideal.

Date : Wednesday 21st July 2021
Time: 9 am – lunch
Meet : Station Street Seaford in front of Seaford RSL
Bring : Own gloves, work clothes

** This planting day is of course subject to the current Covid-19 lockdown lifting on Tuesday 20th July.
All responders will be notified if there is a change of date.**

Please RSVP Margaret, KCA Secretary

We would love to see you there!
