The March newsletter includes details of our forthcoming AGM on Wednesday 4th April, with registrations commencing at 7.45 pm. The meeting itself starts at 8.00 pm. You’ll need to be a financial member to vote at the AGM. So far we’ve only had about 15 people renew their 2018 memberships. We also need a few more committee members, especially from the Seaford area. If you take up a committee position the time involvement is relatively minimal at probably no more than 6 or 7 hours per week, done largely when it suits you. Meetings are on the first Wednesday of most months and last for about 1 hour from 5.30 pm.
The existing committee would like to see a big turn out at this year’s AGM. Don’t forget to renew your membership and give serious consideration to committee involvement.
