Melbourne Water has been in touch with the KCA again. This time they are seeking input into their draft flood management strategy. This is something that could be near and dear to many of us who live along the creek or in surrounding areas. Much of the area in and around Frankston, Seaford and Carrum is low lying and therefore potentially flood prone.
